Leverage customer reviews with Yotpo integration

Segment customers based on reviews and send automated messages to reduce churn!

Our Yotpo integration is now live! You can now improve your marketing efforts and create valuable customer relationships by leveraging the power of consumer testimonials and reviews on your products.

Flows can be triggered based on customer feedback such as review score, most recent reviews, and review count. This can significantly lower churn for your brand.

How? By generating segments based on reviews and triggering a set of flow messages automatically.

For instance, creating a segment for customers who gave more than 3-star reviews and sending them a thank you email with a discount.

Steps to integrate Yotpo Reviews:

  1. Go to the Lifesight app. Click on ‘Integrations’ on the left side, under the Data tab.
  2. Go to ‘Apps’ on top on the screen and now scroll down. You’ll find ‘Yotpo Reviews’ under CX & Retention tab.
  3. Click on ‘Integrate’ CTA. You’ll be asked to ‘Connect your store’. Once done, click on Continue. Note: We’re currently using a third party app ‘Alloy’ for Yotpo integration.
  4. Once the alloy screen opens, click on Next and Connect.
  5. Now click on ‘Finish installation’. Once done, your data from Yotpo will start flowing in Lifesight.
  6. Go to ‘Segments’ and get started with creating review-based groups and send messages that engage your customers.
