DMARC verification live for improved email deliverability

Now send Emails that will never land in spam!

We are going live with DMARC setup for domain verification. This is an optional, but recommended for better deliverability.This feature will only be available for new sign ups. If you’re an old user, you can reach out on support@lifesight.io to set this up.

Steps to set up DMARC:

1. Go to ‘Settings’ in the Lifesight app. Now click on the ‘Messaging’ bar on the top.
2. Now you will see ‘Add domain’ button next to Sender Domain tab. Click on ‘Add domain’ and enter your domain name. It shouldn’t contain http or https. Example - lifesight.com.
3. Click on ‘Get Domain Settings’ button. Once you do that, you will be able to add add the domain information such as CNAME, DKIM, DKIM2 and DMARC.
4. Your account will get verified within 2 weeks and you can get started with sending emails with high deliverability.

How to see if the DMARC setup worked?

Once your domain has been verified, you can send a test email to your account.

Now, go to the inbox and click on the three dots on the right once you open the email and go to ‘Show original’. You will be able to view the DMARC details now.
