Get your helpdesk synced in Lifesight with Gorgias integration

We’re excited to announce integration with Gorgias, a top-rated helpdesk software that specializes in streamlining customer support for online businesses. This new integration aims to enhance the customer experience by providing faster and more efficient support.

With the Lifesight and Gorgias integration, customer support is made even easier. Gorgias’ advanced technology allows customer support teams to manage multiple channels, including email, chat, phone, and social media, all in one place. This means you can create automations based on customer inquiries, respond faster, and maintain a higher level of customer satisfaction through Lifesight.

The support team can easily view customer order history and preferences, allowing them to offer personalized support and recommendations. This improves the customer experience and leads to higher customer loyalty and retention rates.

All ticket-related information would be available once Gorgias is integrated. Ticket Created and Ticket Updated events are available as Filters within the Segment Builder. Additionally, these events are also available for use in Flow Triggers and Conditions.

The following event properties are available for use in filters:

  • Ticket Subject
  • Ticket Status
  • Ticket Created Time
  • Ticket Closed Time
  • Satisfaction Survey Score
  • Ticket ID
  • Ticket Escalation Channel

How does it work?

  1. Go to Lifesight app.
  2. Click on Integrations under Data tab.
  3. Go to App and find Gorgias. Now click on Integrate.
