Automate messages using pre-built flows
We’ve added 4 new pre-built Flow templates. That means more ways to automate marketing communication with your customers. These are the templates we’ve added:
- Sunset Unengaged Customers vs Non-Customers
- This flow is sent for customer engagement in two conditions:
a. If the subscriber has purchased once at least.
b. If the subscriber has made no purchases.
- Replenishment Flow
- This flow is activated to prompt existing customers to buy the products they have in the past, as they might run out of stock soon.
- New Customer Discount
- In order to incentivize the new customers, you can activate discount flows, and hence, boost retention.
- First Purchase Anniversary Gift
- When customers finish a year of purchasing something from your store for the first time, you can provide them with an automatic anniversary gift they can redeem.
Steps to access flow templates:
There are two ways to access the flow templates.
Method 1 -
- Go to ‘Templates’ under the Experiences tab on the left side.
- In the top left corner, you will be able to view the Flows tab and the filters. You can filter out the pre-built flows based on your requirements and select a template to get started.
Method 2 -
- Go to ‘Flows’ under Experiences on the left side of the Moda app
- On the top right corner, you’ll see the ‘New From Template’ button. Once you click on it, the Flow Builder will open now.
- In the flow builder, use the ‘Select from template’ button. Once clicked upon, the pre-built flow templates will now be visible.
- You can select the template based on your goals and get started with automating messages.
